The Process

With the proper planning and strategy, the process of taking your website from concept to completion can be a simple and enjoyable experience. We have a proven system that will allow us to get your site up and running as quickly as possible.

1. Free Consultation

We start the process with a no obligation consultation where you will be able to speak to one of our knowledgeable sales representatives about your company, services, audience, purpose, site goals and more. This initial consultation will help us deliver an accurate quote.

2. Website Design Proposal

We will use the information we gather during the free consultation to draw up a proposal for your approval.

3. Agreements / Deposits

If our proposal for your website development is accepted, we will require half the full amount as a deposit. Along with an invoice, we will send you a contract. The contract will state the project amount, terms and agreement, and other miscellaneous items.

4. Domain Name Registration

If you have chosen a domain name to register for your website, we will register it at this time.

5. Design Consultation

A member of our design team will schedule a mutually convenient time to discuss design ideas and ask a series of questions that will help us determine your likes and dislikes when it comes to web design.

6. Collecting Your Materials

Now is the time to start collecting materials for your website. Anything that you can provide to help us design your website will help. The more information and materials with which you provide us, the quicker your project will be completed and the better the overall results.

7. Mockup Sites and Sample Layouts

We will put together a mock website design for you to review. You will have a private link on our server that will allow you to view and share the design layout. Your feedback is essential in the web design process and is welcome at any time. We will make changes to the mock design until you are completely satisfied with its look and feel.

8. Coding Phase

Once you approve the design we will begin the coding phase which turns the mock layout into a functional working website. We will begin resizing and optimizing photos and placing content into your website.

9. Web Site Completion

After we test the site for cross browser compatibility, website load time and the overall optimal performance of your site, we will publish your site live to the server and contact you for the final payment.

10. Site Optimization and Online Marketing

If you opt for search engine optimization, we will begin researching and implementing keywords and descriptions and we will then submit your website to search engines and do any other website promotion services that you requested.
