Professional farrier Jeremiah Kemp of Eagle Ridge Equine has over 15 years of hoof care experience and provides his services nationwide. He studied at the Freeburg School of Horseshoeing in Freeburg, IL, which included a four year apprenticeship and further continued his training studying many other farriers and equine professionals throughout the United States. He studied a wide variety of traditional American and European farrier techniques, in addition to the principles of therapeutic, holistic and composite hoofcare. Jeremiah has a particular interest in equine orthotics and its application to treat a wide variety of limb length disparities including clubbed hoof, pelvic rotation, dropped scapula, body discomfort, gait faults among many others. Through his regular participation in continuing education and clinics throughout the country, he is able to stay up to date with the latest research, techniques, and products in order to provide the best possible service to his clients.
